Tyler Muto meditations is a catch up on someone who has does a lot for the industry. Not just that, Tyler is a mate to us and many people around the world.
It was alarming to hear that Tyler had slipped into a depression over the last couple of years. He was kind enough and trusting enough to share that information with us and speak about how he combatted it.
Similar to Tyler, many people fall victim to this silent predator that comes from our dark past. It can hit us without warning and change everything.
This year has also been one that gave plenty of us a punch in the face. It has been hard but we still have each other and we are good for one another.
